What
What we delivered
A nine-month community outreach project working with MOPAC and the Metropolitan Police Service to strengthen trust and surface career pathways into public service.
Why
Why this work mattered
Trust between police and parts of East London's Black community is fragile. We were asked to host honest conversations — not to defend policing, but to give communities a real seat at the table.
