In 2025, RCCG New Wine Assembly developed the Pathway to Career & Entrepreneurship Initiative with support from Innovate Now Round 3 with City Bridge Foundation, managed by Do it Now Now. The project supports Black and Global Majority individuals through career training, entrepreneurship coaching, financial literacy and professional mentorship.

What we delivered

A career development, entrepreneurship and mentorship programme designed to support Black and Global Majority individuals to build confidence, improve employability, explore business ideas and access practical guidance for personal and financial growth.

The initiative builds on our wider work in community empowerment, financial resilience, public service career awareness and wellbeing — turning trusted relationships into practical pathways to work and enterprise.

The impact

Participants gain confidence, employability skills and entrepreneurial capability, with at least 100 individuals supported across the programme. The £15,000 Innovate Now Round 3 grant anchors a wider pathway into long-term economic resilience.
