An eight-month young people's health and wellbeing programme using sport, drama and conversation to rebuild confidence after the pandemic.
Why
Why this work mattered
Newham's young people were hit hard by lockdown — mental wellbeing, social confidence and physical activity all dropped. The Council asked us to design something young people would actually turn up to.
